Single Serve Apple Crisp:    1 cup granulated sugar  1 cup brown sugar  1 cup butter or margarine, softened   1 cup flour  1 tsp. cinnamon  1 apple, cut up or cored, per serving  Whipped topping or ice  cream   Combine sugars, butter, flour and cinnamon.  Mix until crumbly. Store mixture, which is enough for 8-10 servings, in the refrig. and use as needed. For a single serving, place a cut up apple in microwave-safe cup or bowl and sprinkle 2-4 tbl's of the mixture on top; cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high until done, about 1-2 minutes.  Remove wrap and top with whipped topping.   Variation---For a baked whole apple, core apple and fill with the crisp mixture and cover the apple with it.  Cover with plastic wrap and micro for a couple of minutes or until done.
